SocialPost

Schedule and publish social posts, with a shared calendar and an approval flow.

SocialPost is where we plan, draft, approve, and publish social posts for our accounts and our clients' — one calendar everyone can see, instead of five people posting from five phones and hoping nothing clashes. It lives at social.artgrp.au.

Connecting an account

Before you can post anywhere, an administrator connects each social account once — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, or Bluesky. That's a one-time setup step done in Settings. Once an account is connected, everyone with access to the workspace can post to it without needing their own login on that platform. If an account you need isn't listed yet, ask your administrator to connect it rather than trying to log into that platform directly.

Drafting and scheduling a post

Start a new post, write your copy, attach images or video, and choose which connected accounts it should go out on — one post can target several accounts at once, and SocialPost adapts it to each platform's quirks. Set a time and it publishes itself; there's nothing to remember to come back and click.

The calendar view shows everything scheduled across the whole workspace for a given month, so you can spot a gap with nothing planned, or two posts landing on top of each other, before either becomes a problem on the day.

The approval flow

If your workspace requires sign-off before anything goes live, a finished draft is sent for approval rather than publishing straight away. An approver reviews it and either approves it — at which point it publishes on schedule — or sends it back with a note explaining what needs to change. Nothing reaches a live account without someone having actually looked at it first.

The engagement inbox

Comments, replies, and messages on your connected accounts land in one inbox inside SocialPost, rather than requiring you to check each platform's own app separately. It's the fastest way to see what people are saying about a post without switching between five different apps to find out.

Analytics

Once posts have been live for a while, the analytics view shows how each one performed — reach and engagement, per account and over time — in one place instead of platform-hopping to piece it together yourself.

Tracked links

Any link you paste into a post is automatically shortened and tracked through Artefact Links, so the clicks a post generates show up in that tool's stats — you get real click numbers per post, not just a guess based on likes and comments.

Getting access

Access to SocialPost, like every tool on this platform, is granted per person — see Getting started if you're not sure how that works or who to ask.
