What we've shipped

A running log of what's changed on the platform, generated from the project history.

What's changed on the platform, month by month. This page is built from the project's own history every time the site is generated, so it can't quietly fall out of date — but only changes worth telling you about are listed, described in plain language rather than in developer shorthand.

September 2026

  • Google Drive and Gmail indexing now records a title, summary, keywords and content type for each document, with a per-run cap on AI calls.
  • Emails sent through the platform mailer can now carry cc and bcc recipients.
  • The platform's home page now shows Studio, Links & Bio and the help centre, instead of dropping you straight into one tool.
  • Links & Bio and Studio now share one look and one navigation, so moving between them no longer feels like leaving the product.
  • New accounts get a proper walkthrough — what short links, campaign sets and handles are for, with worked examples and one clear next step.
  • The help centre now covers the launcher, the admin dashboard and file transfer, and explains how to schedule Instagram video so it.
  • Platform — There's now a public help site at help.artgrp.au covering every tool we run, with a running list of what we've shipped.
  • SocialPost — The social publishing tool has moved to a clearer address. Existing links and bookmarks redirect automatically, and connected accounts are unaffected.
  • SocialPost — Social publishing is now at its own address, with the calendar, approval flow and engagement inbox in one place.
  • Artefact Links — Short links and link-in-bio pages went live on go.artgrp.au, with click tracking on every link.
  • Artefact Links — Studio accounts and above can claim a handle, with a guided setup that suggests a starting point for producers, event managers, studios and artists.
  • Platform — The Artefact Group brand now runs across every app: one type system, one palette, one set of components.

August 2026

  • Shelf — Clients can request gear through their own portal, and requests arrive in a single inbox instead of scattered emails.
  • Shelf — Six-character Aura codes and 12mm stacked labels, so a small label still scans, plus a public found-it page for gear that goes missing.
  • Shelf — Runsheet Quick Add: paste a quote, an email or rough notes and get runsheet rows back.
  • Critique — Visual feedback on stills, video and web, with pinned comments and a written approval on every version.
